KYT OS is a private dental practice management platform operated by KYT Dental Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when authorized staff members use our SMS notification service.

2. Information We Collect

When a staff member opts in to SMS notifications, we collect their mobile phone number. This number is entered voluntarily in the Account settings page within the KYT OS platform. We also collect the name and role associated with the account for identification purposes.

3. How We Use Your Phone Number

Your mobile number is used solely to send operational SMS alerts related to your dental practice, such as:

• Staff sick day reports
• Running late notifications
• Absence and PTO approvals
• Other time and attendance alerts

Message frequency varies depending on staff activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. We Do Not Share Your Phone Number

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number with any third parties, marketers, or external organizations. Your phone number is used exclusively for the internal operational notifications described above.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Removing your phone number from the Account settings page within KYT OS
• Contacting your office administrator

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS alerts will be sent to that number.

6. Data Security

Phone numbers are stored securely within our Supabase-hosted database with row-level security controls. Access is restricted to authenticated platform users within your organization.
