Terms and Conditions

1. SMS Notification Service
KYT OS provides an internal SMS notification service to authorized dental practice staff members. By saving a mobile phone number in the KYT OS Account settings page, you agree to receive automated text messages from KYT OS regarding operational events at your dental practice, including but not limited to sick day reports, late arrival notices, absence approvals, and time and attendance alerts.
2. Consent and Opt-In
Participation in the SMS notification service is voluntary. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the “Notification phone (SMS alerts)” field on the Account page within the KYT OS platform and clicking “Save notification phone.” You must be an authorized staff member with an active KYT OS account to participate.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on staff activity and office operational events. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high activity, or no messages on days with no reportable events.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. KYT OS does not charge a fee for the SMS notification service itself.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from KYT OS. You will receive a final confirmation message and will receive no further messages. You may also opt out by removing your phone number from the Account settings page within KYT OS, or by contacting your office administrator.
6. Help
For help with the SMS notification service, reply HELP to any message from KYT OS, or contact your office administrator or system administrator directly.
7. Authorized Use
The SMS notification service is available only to authorized staff members of dental practices using KYT OS. Sharing account credentials or phone numbers with unauthorized individuals is prohibited. KYT OS reserves the right to disable SMS notifications for any account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
KYT OS is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks, technical outages, or factors outside our control. The SMS notification service is provided as a convenience feature and should not be relied upon as the sole method of communication for time-sensitive operational decisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the SMS notification service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
